Welcome Parents and Guardians,  We are excited for the 2024-25 school year. As we prepare for the new year, the campus wants to make sure all parents are informed of arrival, lunch, dismissal, etc. To ensure everything runs effortlessly, please read the following information:  First Week Procedures  Parents are welcome to walk students to their  classroom ONLY on Thursday, August 15th and walk  students to grade-level hallways on Friday, August  16th. Because we want to promote student independence, ALL students will walk themselves to class starting Monday, August 19th. Adults will be positioned around the school to assist students to class.  Arrival Procedures  Parsons Side  (Risen Star Ln.) Clements Side (Northern Dancer Ln.) Back Parking Lot (Breezeway) - Risen Star Ln.  Daycare Car Riders YMCA  Bus Riders Bus Riders Car Riders  Walkers Walkers Walkers  -Car riders should not be dropped  off in front of Parsons’ building -Parents will drop off students in the loop and continue driving. - Please use the designated parking lot before walking your student to the breezeway gate. Parents may not enter breezeway doors upon arrival.  -Doors open at 7:15 am for students. There is no adult supervision prior to 7:15 am. Parents are responsible  for students dropped off prior to 7:15 AM. All entrances will close at 7:40 AM with the exception of the  Clements’ main office.  Breakfast Procedures  Breakfast will be served from 7:15-7:40  Lunch Procedures  Anyone listed on student’s skyward account with valid ID can eat lunch with their student. Parents or visitors  eating lunch will enter through the breezeway by the back parking lot. They may ONLY eat with their child.  Lunch times are as follows:  KG: 10:45- 11:15  1st: 11:25- 11:55  2nd: 11:05- 11:35  3rd: 12:15- 12:45  4th: 12:05- 12:35  5th: 11:45- 12:15  -There are NO microwaves available for student lunches  Dismissal Procedures  -To ensure your child travels home according to your preference, please call the office with dismissal changes  prior to 2:30pm.  -For any parent pick-up, a valid ID is required  Parsons Side  (Risen Star Ln.) Clements Side (Northern Dancer Ln.) Back Parking Lot (Breezeway) - Risen Star Ln.  Daycare Car Riders YMCA  Bus Riders Bus Riders/Daycare Car Riders  Walkers Walkers Walkers  - Kindergarten – 2nd Parent Pick-Up  will be picked up from each  individual grade-level hallway.  Parents will enter through the gate  closest to the Parsons’ playground  at 3:17 pm. (Door order from gate:  1st, 2nd, KG)  - Buses will be loaded on the  Parsons loop, located off Risen Star  - Please be sure to place the CPE Pick-Up sign, which will be provided by the campus, in your front window when you enter the pickup line each day -Please do not line up prior to 2:30pm. - Daycare will be loaded on the Clements’ loop, located by the main office - Sibling Shuttle (Siblings located on Parsons and Clements) Parents will line up on the sidewalk outside the breezeway gate located in front of the gym; gate will open at 3:17 pm.  -Walkers will be dismissed from either the Clements or Parsons front doors based on the most convenient  location to your house.  - Students who exit Parsons’ will not be released until all buses have cleared the loop.
