STATE BOUND!!! The Cove wrestlers competed at the 4-6A regional championships, Three Lady Dawgs qualified for the State tournament with two being crowned Regional Champion. Haleigh Poser cruised to the finals with three first period pins before winning her first Regional championship 14-7. Erinn Sewell only surrendered one point the entire tournament. Erinn becomes the second 3x state qualifier and first ever two time Regional champion in school history. Emille Quintero also pinned her way to the finals before losing in the championship match. Austin English and Skylynn Childers also finished top 8 in their brackets. This is the most girls to ever qualify for state in Copperas Cove history.

Baseball takes down Rogers

Varsity boys golf team traveled to Lampasas to compete in the Lampasas Invitational. The boys played great and ended up winning the tournament with a score of 318. Cooper Ferrell finished in 1st place and Jeffrey Karpoff finished in 3rd place. This was a great start to our spring season.

The Copperas Cove High School Women’s Golf Team secured second place at the Lampasas Golf Invitational. Junior Maggie Crawley earned the individual championship with an impressive score of 82, while Senior Keeley Nichols claimed a top-five finish after winning a scorecard playoff

The Copperas Cove Lady Dawgs hosted the Shoemaker Wolves at home in Bulldawg Stadium for an exciting night of soccer. The Lady Dawg JV team earned a strong 3–1 victory, with goals scored by Aubrielle Parker, Laynee Eden, and Abiola Fadeyi. The Varsity squad followed with an impressive 4–0 shutout win. Goals were scored by Emili Taclibon, who found the net twice—one unassisted and one assisted by Lana Ledger. Additional goals came from Ava Shorey, assisted by Annabelle Williams, and Autumn Smith, helping secure a dominant team performance.
