Tuesday night, the CCISD Board of Trustees approved a policy regarding cell phones and other personal communication devices, in alignment with House Bill 1481. We are encouraging students to put their devices "Away for the Day," to focus on learning.
LDVB started the season with a program sweep of both Thorndale and Brentwood Christian today. Freshman Eve Laufou led her team with 15 aces, while Lily Lynn had 11 for the JV team. Charlie Barrera led the JV team with 10 kills. The Varsity Lady Dawgs were led by Kaitlyn Urquidez with 24 kills and 12 aces. Taylor Wright held things down on the defensive end with 27 digs.
Bulldawg wrestlers were at Ogletree Gap today handing out over 200 backpacks for Nonpareil's fourth annual back to school bash.
