Welcome to Clements/Parsons Elementary School.

    My name is Katherine Baney and I am delighted to serve as principal for Clements/Parsons Elementary. I have worked in various roles for CCISD for the past 12 years, to include being a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. I live in Copperas Cove with my husband and 3 children. I am dedicated to the students, parents and teachers at CPE. I believe that all children can learn and achieve greatness and am determined to make a difference in every child's life.

    On behalf of the Clements/Parsons staff, I would like to extend a big welcome to all of our continuing and new families. We are excited to start the 2020-2021 school year and look forward to working with you!
